Futon bunk beds for kids are a terrific investment if you’ve more than one child but find yourself starved for space. They’re a practical item for the single family house or even an apartment. And let’s face it, what kid doesn’t love bunk beds? So what if you’ve to listen to them fight over who gets the top bunk? But which one is the right one for your family?

Understand that nearly every one of these types of bed is fitted for use with a twin mattress. That is going to mean that here is not really a whole lot of room, but that’s why your getting bunk beds in the first place. I think your best options for buying the frames is to look for those made of wooden and/or metal. These are both sturdy and reliable. Wood, generally, is a more durable material and will likely last a lot longer than your children will even use their beds. But steel is much cheaper and that is certainly something that must be taken into consideration. After all, how long do you want to have this kind of sleeping arraignment after your kids grow up and leave the house?
